Collate Quotes & Format Quote Graphics
Estimated Time of Completion: 10 hours
Quotes attract some of the highest engagement of all types of social media posts.
Your Doer can research social media quotes that are aligned with your brand and are proven to get engagement with your audience.
They can collate these in to a list like this one here for your approval.
They’ll then be able to turn these approved quotes into branded, designed images that can be scheduled to be posted on social media.
Just choose from one of our 20 templates on offer and let your Doer know a couple of requirements and they'll get to work right away.
TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:
- If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
- You'll need to describe the tasks. For the below, we'd recommend two separate tasks for this:
- 'Research & Collate Social Media Quotes' and 'Create Social Media Quote Tiles: SM0014'
- Assign the To-Do to your Doer
- Set a Due Date
- Add notes:
- You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task.
- For your Doer to start researching quotes that are aligned, ensure that they're across your brand, industry, competitors and clients.
- Note the themes and any keywords you're wanting to explore and the type of message(s) you're wanting to convey through your social media posts. You could get the ball rolling by sharing some quotes that you'd post or sharing some accounts that share a similar message/aesthetic for inspiration.
- Once you've approved the quotes that your Doer will have collated into a list like this one here, they can start formatting it into a beautifully laid out tile using one of the 20 templates offered below.
- Check out the templates below and in the task notes, advise your Doer of the template number.
- Ensure you have advised your Doer what social media platform(s) the quotes will be posted on.
- If there's specific images, colours or copy that you'd like your Doer to use, this is where you'd include it.
- Add in any other notes or requirements that might be relevant.
- Also, ensure you have provided your Doer with access/logins to your Canva account.
- Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, or anything that you think would be best expressed via a visual aid, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
- Your Doer can then schedule your posts. See that task brief here.
- You'll need to describe the tasks. For the below, we'd recommend two separate tasks for this:
Please note that you'll need a Canva Pro account in order for your Doer to transfer the template to your Canva profile. Free accounts do not have this capability.
