Your Doer will edit the template in Canva to create consistent and visually captivating content for your Pinterest that'll reach and engage with your clients.
TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:
- Pick one of the below templates and take note of the template number you'd like your Doer to edit
- If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
- You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Create Pinnable Images for Pinterest: SM0024'
- Assign the To-Do to your Doer
- Set a Due Date
- Add notes:
- Here is where you'd advise your Doer of the template number.
- You can also provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task.
- If there are specific text, images, copy or themes that you'd like your Doer to be posting, this is where you'd include it. We'd encourage providing examples so your Doer can understand what aesthetic you're after.
- Add in any other notes or requirements that might be relevant.
- Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes that might be best explained with a visual aid, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
