Design Email Signature

Have your Doer design and create your own personalised Email Signature. Simply choose from one of the 10 templates offered below.

Your Doer will edit the template in Canva to create a professional email signature that will help instil brand recognition and awareness, while looking pretty good too ;)

TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:

• Pick one of the below templates and take note of the template number you'd like your Doer to edit
• If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
  • You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Design Email Signature'
  • Assign the To-Do to your Doer
  • Set a Due Date
  • Add notes: 
    • Here is where you'd advise your Doer of the template number. 
    • You can also provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task. 
    • Link your Doer to the headshot you'd like them to use.
    • Ensure they have your email address, contact number, website, and any other relevant information you'd like included in your signature. If they don't already have this on hand, the task notes is where you'd include this!
    • Add in any other notes, links or requirements that might be relevant. Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.

Please note that you'll need a  Canva Pro account in order for your Doer to transfer the template to your Canva profile. Free accounts do not have this capability.
