Create Worksheet Buttons

Estimated Time of Completion: 1 hour (please allow more time if you'd like your Doer to also add and link the buttons in your portal)

Have your Doer design and create your own personalised buttons then upload them to your course portal for your members to download your worksheets.

Simply choose from one of the 42 templates offered below.

Your Doer will edit the template in Canva to create readable and striking download buttons that will link to your worksheets.

TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:

Pick one of the below templates and take note of the template number you'd like your Doer to edit
If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
- You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Design Worksheet Buttons: OCP0031'
- Assign the To-Do to your Doer
- Set a Due Date
- Add notes:
  - Here is where you'd advise your Doer of the template number.
  - You can also provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task.
  - Note what you'd like the button to say (we recommend 'CLICK TO DOWNLOAD')
  - Add in any other notes or requirements that might be relevant.
  - If you'd like your Doer to upload the worksheets and buttons to your course portal:
    - Ensure your Doer has access to your online portal
    - Link your Doer to where the worksheets can be found if you have previously created them (i.e. Basecamp, Dropbox, Google Drive etc)
      - If you have not yet created the worksheets and would like your Doer to design/create them too, we have a number of templates available which you can VIEW HERE. To brief your Doer in this task, provide your Doer with the worksheet template number(s) you'd like them to use and link your Doer to the relevant images and copy so they can add and edit this in Canva.
    - Provide your Doer with information/links on where you want the buttons to direct to Eg. Do you have a Production Schedule that shows which worksheet relates to which lesson? We'd recommend insert the links or explaining in notes.
  - Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.

Please note that you'll need a Canva Pro account in order for your Doer to transfer the template to your Canva profile. Free accounts do not have this capability.
