Set Up a ClickFunnels Membership Portal
Estimated Time of Completion: 10 hours
If you don’t feel you’re ready yet for a learndash portal but are looking to create an online portal, we can’t recommend ClickFunnels enough.
ClickFunnels is a landing page builder however also has the feature to have you build a membership portal and host your online course inside ClickFunnels itself.
We like ClickFunnels as an online portal builder as it’s easy to set-up in an afternoon and has enough functionality to cover all the basics like drip-feeding out modules and lessons, displaying videos and worksheets in each lesson and having private logins for users.
Additionally, it is included as a feature inside ClickFunnels basic version so for just $97 a month, you can have your portal ready to roll – and if you’re already using ClickFunnels to build your landing pages, then consider it an essentially free option!
TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:
- If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
- You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Set Up a Portal in ClickFunnels: OCP0020'
- Assign the To Do to your Doer
- Set a Due Date
- Add notes:
- You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task.
- Note the subdomain you'd like your portal set up on (i.e. hub.abccompany.com OR members.abccompany.com OR portal.abccompany.com)
- List the name of your online portal
- Add in any other notes or requirements that might be relevant to the task
- Ensure you have shared access/logins to ClickFunnels so set up can be completed
- Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
