Embed Videos in Portal

Vimeo allows you to store and host all of your videos whether they be for online courses, to be placed on landing pages or even website pages. 

You just need to let your Doer know where you want the video to be displayed and they’ll be able to upload them all for you and update all of the settings so your videos are clean, easy to use and engaging with your prospects and clients everywhere.

TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:

• If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
  • You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Embed Videos in Portal: OCP0030'
  • Assign the To Do to your Doer
  • Set a Due Date
  • Add notes: 
    • You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task
    • List or provide links to the videos you would you like embedded in the portal
    • Consider how will your Doer know where to embed the videos? Do you have a Production Schedule that shows which video relates to which lesson? Insert the link to your schedule or provide instructions
    • Provide logins/access to Vimeo/your video hosting site as well as your online portal
    • Add in any other notes or requirements that might be relevant
    • Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
