Set Up Memberium Integration Between CRM and Portal
Estimated Time of Completion: 12 hours
If you’re using a CRM such as Infusionsoft or Active Campaign and have a Learndash portal in WordPress, you’ll fall in love with Memberium.
Memberium is an integration that let’s you set-up a connection so that your CRM talks to your Learndash website.
Memberium then can lock up your content behind different membership levels that can be easily unlocked by adding tags in your CRM.
This means, that instead of having to keep going in to Learndash or the back-end of WordPress to manage all of your Users, you get to stay in Infusionsoft for instance, and simply have tags automatically create users, delete users, drip-feed out their access and unlock different parts of the portal – yep, all automatically. We’ve been using the Memberium connection here in our other business, The Doers Way, for years and it automatically manages the access for our 20,000 plus members of our portal.
TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:
- If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
- You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Set Up Memberium Integration between [your CRM] and Wordpress: OCP0027'
- Assign the To Do to your Doer
- Set a Due Date
- Add notes:
- You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task
- Advise your Doer what level of membership you would like created:
- Locked by course?
- Locked by course and module to drip feed them out?
- Locked by course, module AND lesson to slowly unlock lesson by lesson?
- Add in any other notes or requirements that might be relevant
- Ensure you have provided access/logins to your Memberium account, CRM account and Wordpress account
- Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
