Set Up Nurture: Lead Magnet (3 Day Indoctrination)

If you’re delivering a lead magnet to your subscribers, a quick three-day nurture is a must-have. 

This nurture will deliver the lead magnet that you promised and then encourage the subscriber to take the next step. 

This might be making a payment or booking a consult or attending an event.

TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:
  • If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
    • You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Set Up Nurture - Lead Magnet (3 Day Indoctrination): EM0016'
    • Assign the To-Do to your Doer
    • Set a Due Date
    • Add notes: 
      • You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task
      • Ensure that your Doer has access to your CRM (eg. Infusionsoft, Active Campaign, Mailchimp)
      • Advise your Doer on whether this a new campaign or if it needs to be built in to an existing campaign. If existing, ensure you specify the campaign
      • Provide your Doer with a link to where they can access the email copy for the nurture
      • Advise how many emails you would like to be sent within the 3 day indoctrination
      • Let your Doer know which lead magnet you would like them to use and link them to where they can access this
      • Add in any other notes or requirements that might be relevant to the task
      • Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. 
      • If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
