Set up Webinar
Estimated Time of Completion: 1 hour
Hosting a webinar can become one of the most scalable and profitable elements of your business but it can take a while to test and tweak!
Your Doer is trained in how to set this up for you using our preferred webinar platform; WebinarJam
If you're utilising a different tool, that's not a problem... Your Doer will be able to set your webinar up for you whatever your hosting platform might be!
So, what can you sell in your webinar?
What are the two types of webinars?
TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:
- If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
- You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Set up Webinar: OCP0028'
- Assign the To-Do to your Doer
- Set a Due Date
- Add notes:
- You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task
- Ensure your Doer has access to your Webinar hosting platform (eg. WebinarJam)
- Let your Doer know the name and description of the webinar
- Advise your Doer whether you'll be running a Live Webinar or an Evergreen Webinar
- Let your Doer know when to schedule the webinar sessions - if live what's the date/time, if evergreen what recurring basis would you like it scheduled? When advising your Doer of the schedule, ensure you note the timezone.
- Provide your Doer with a link to where you'd like the registration page to be hosted and what information you'll require upon registration (eg. First/Last Name, Email)
- Advise your Doer what type of notifications you'd like to send to your registrants (text/email) or whether you'd like them to set up an email nurture in your CRM
- See the related articles down below for more information on pre, post and no-show webinar nurtures
- Add in any other notes or requirements that might be relevant.
- Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible.
- If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
