Create a Typeform Form

Online forms are an invaluable way to capture information and create exceptional customer experiences. 

You’ll have seen an example of online forms in action with the Business Brief you completed earlier in the training... 

We love using forms to capture new client information in order to provide the service – consider this a customer onboarding tool. We’ve also used online forms and surveys to gather hundreds and hundreds of customer’s feedback with easy to complete surveys. 

Typeform is one of the industry leaders when it comes to online form builders and we love it above Survey Monkey and Google Forms because of its look, ease of use and its clever logic jumps to allow the form to be more tailored and personalised.

Your Doer is experienced in creating forms with drop-down answers, free type answers, scoring 1-10 and much more so simply let them know what you’re wanting to create and they’ll build it all for you!

TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:

• If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
  • You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Create a Typeform Form: OCP0012'
  • Assign the To Do to your Doer
  • Set a Due Date
  • Add notes: 
    • You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task. 
    • Let your Doer know the title of Typeform.
    • Advise your Doer where to embed the Typeform.
    • Also provide the list of questions to be included in the form.
    • Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
