Create New Contacts in CRM

Need to create new contact records in your CRM? Not a problem... whether this is an ongoing or one-off task, your Doer can take this task off your plate!

TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:

• If you're utilizing the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
  • You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Create New Contacts in [Your CRM]'
  • Assign the To Do to your Doer
  • Set a Due Date
  • Add notes: 
    • You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task. 
    • Provide them with a link/file to the contact records they'll need to create.
    • Add in any other notes or requirements that might be relevant to the task.
    • Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
