Transcribe Live Call Recordings
Estimated Time of Completion: Subject to the length of audio/video file to transcribe
When you do a live Q&A call for a group of members, you’re giving away so much gold and should always film these sessions.
In order to make the session even more powerful, we always have somebody listen to the recordings of the call after, write down all of the questions as they’re asked and time stamp them.
This makes the live calls something far more valuable as people can jump ahead to the question they want to hear the answer to and your current members who missed the session live will love you for making it so easy to scan through the replay for what they want to hear.
TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:
- If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
- You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Transcribe Live Call Recordings: OAS0011'
- Assign the To-Do to your Doer
- Set Due Date
- Add notes:
- You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task.
- If you have previous transcriptions, we recommend having these in a Google Drive or Dropbox and sharing the link with your Doer.
- Advise your Doer where you'd like the transcriptions be uploaded.
- Note how often will you have live calls to transcribe, e.g. every Thursday, second Thursday,
- Advise whether you want to use Temi or if you'd like your Doer to manually transcribe the calls.
- Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
