Collate FAQs and Replies for Review
Estimated Time of Completion: 2 hour
Chances are you're receiving a lot of the same questions from your clients...
To avoid writing the same responses over and over again, have these questions collated in to an FAQs sheet that can be formatted and added to your website/portal, or if you're using Helpscout, we'd recommend making these in to a Saved Reply.
...If your Doer is jumping in your Facebook groups, having an FAQ doc where the responses have been reviewed and approved by you, will also be handy for your Doer to refer to and make it quicker and easier for them to reply.
TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:
- If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
- You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Collate FAQs and Replies for Review: IM0011'
- Assign the To-Do to your Doer
- Set a Due Date
- Add notes:
- You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task.
- Advise them where you would like your FAQs and Replies for review to be saved. We recommend to have it as a Google Drive spreadsheet and then link to it from your Basecamp documents.
- Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
