Do you do live Q&A or teaching calls as a part of one of your programs? 

These replays should be uploaded into your portal and are a huge value add for your members or customers. 

Downloading and uploading these into your video hosting tool can take time. 

Simply add this to your Outsourced Doer's regular jobs and they’ll be in charge of getting the job done!

Disclaimer: This will depend on how many hours you are asking your Doer to complete.

TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:

• If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
  •  You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Download & Upload Zoom Live Call Recordings: OCP0023'
  • Assign the To-Do to your Doer
  • Set Due Date
  • Add notes:
    • You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task. 
    • Make sure to provide you Doer with your Zoom and Vimeo (or other video hosting site) log-in details.
    • Let your Doer know the name of the call that you'd like downloaded and the date that this call occurred.
    • Provide instructions about what you want your Doer to do with the download and specify what the call is to be named in Vimeo.
    • Add in any other notes or requirements that might be relevant to the task
    • Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
