Add a New Subsctiption For a Customer
Estimated Time of Completion: 0.5 hours
With Stripe, you can set-up a subscription that will charge customers ongoing on a regular basis.
This can be done and applied to a current card that a customer has used before in Stripe or done with a brand new card you can enter in yourself.
Just let your Doer know the customer on file you want to charge or give them the new customer's details and they’ll be able to enter it for you.
Disclaimer: also depends on how many new subscriptions are to be added and for how many customers
TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:
- If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
- You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Add a New Subscription For a Customer: OTT0022'
- Assign the To-Do to your Doer
- Set Due Date
- Add notes:
- You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task.
- Let your Doer know the name of the subscription, the pricing and length of subscription e.g. if it continues on a frequency (monthly, weekly etc.)
- Also advise your Doer on whether there is automation connected to this subscription
- Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
