If your blog posts are  well formatted, it'll keep people on your site and reading for longer! 

This means bolding, italicising, underlining, keeping the sentences and paragraphs short, peppering it with images and more. 

Your Doer is well versed in best practices for well formatted,  high-converting blogs so all you have to do is write the content, and they’ll make it ready to publish.

Disclaimer: This will depend on how many sub-tasks you are asking your Doer to complete as there are several settings that need to be considered.

TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:

• If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
  • You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Format Blog Posts'
  • Assign the To Do to your Doer
  • Set a Due Date
  • Add notes: here is where you'd provide your Doer with the copy - provide either a link or file. 
  • You can also provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task. 
  • If there's specific images that you'd like your Doer to use, this is where you'd include it. 
  • Add in any other notes or requirements you have that might be relevant to the task. 
  • Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible.
  • If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
