Collate Daily Facebook Ad Tracking Spreadsheet

Estimated Time of Completion: 0.5 hour

If you’re spending money on Facebook Ads, you’ll want to have a quick view of how your ads are performing so you can see any problems before they happen.

We have a Facebook Tracking Spreadsheet that can be used to track campaigns and always love to do this when we launch a new campaign.

This is lifeblood in our own coaching business where we spend over half a million dollars a month.

It’s all you need to be able to make decisions on a campaign so just give your Doer access to your Facebook account and they’ll do it for you.

Each morning, they’ll populate your numbers for the day before. Then, at a glance, you can see how your campaign is performing and make decisions confidently.

Disclaimer: This will depend on how many sub-tasks on this task you are asking your Doer to complete as there are several settings that need to be considered.

TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:
  • If you're utilizing the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
    • You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Collate Daily Facebook Ad Tracking Spreadsheet'
    • Assign the To Do to your Doer
    • Set a Due Date
    • Add notes:
      • You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task.
      • Advise them where you would like your Facebook tracking spreadsheet to be saved. We recommend to have it as a Google Drive spreadsheet and then link to it from your Basecamp documents.
      • Your Doer will track CPC (cost per click), CTR (click through rate), Relevancy Score, CPL (cost per lead), Total Emails, Total Consults, CPConsult (cost per consult), Total Sales, CPA (cost per acquired customer). These will be tracked daily on every business day for the completed day prior. Please advise if there are any further statistics you would like your Doer to track for your Facebook Campaign.
      • Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
