Create an Upcoming Live Group Call Zoom Link

If you want to schedule your live group calls for Zoom that’s easily outsourced to your Doer. 

Let your Doer know the time, date and name of the live calls and they’ll set them up and generate all of the links for your members to be able to log in.

Additionally, if you use an event calendar plugin (like EventON) in your online portal, you can display your live calls on a calendar so your members know what’s coming up. 

Your Doer can add all of these call links to your calendar in your portal so your members have one place to access all your calls.

TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:

• If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
  •  You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Create an Upcoming Live Group Call Zoom Link: OCP0028'
  • Assign the To-Do to your Doer
  • Set Due Date
  • Add notes:
    • You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task. 
    • Ensure you have provided you Doer with your Zoom log-in details
    • Inform your Doer of: the name of the call, the date/day of call, time of call and specify the timezone.
    • Advise on whether this is going to be a recurring call, if so, will this call be recurring daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly and will the participants be required to register for the call. 
    • Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
