Create a Facebook Group
Estimated Time of Completion: 1 hour
It should be specific if you need the Doer to just create a group or it includes engagement.
Keep your to-do list short and have your Doer create new Facebook Groups as you need them.
Whether you need a Private Members-only Group for a customer community or as part of a paying program, or a Free Facebook Group that anyone can join so you can build a community of prospects, just let your Doer know the name of the group and a few other details about the settings and they’ll arrange it all for you.

Disclaimer: This will depend on how many sub-tasks you are asking your Doer to complete as there are several settings that need to be considered.
TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:
- If you're utilizing the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
- You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Create a Facebook Group'
- Assign the To-Do to your Doer
- Set Due Date
- Add notes:
- You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task
- Ensure your Doer has access to the Facebook account you would like your group to be created with
- Inform your Doer of name of the Facebook Group
- Note the type of access for the Facebook Group, e.g. Private (best for paid member groups) or Public (best for free, lead-generation groups)
- You will also need to advise your Doer on the list of the qualifying questions you'd like people to answer before joining this group. e.g. email, do you agree to the rules, etc.
- Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
