Download Testimonials Videos from Facebook Group

If you’re receiving testimonials in a private or public Facebook Group raving about your programs or services – congratulations! 

This testimonial can be  super powerful in your future marketing so it’s really important to capture it and download it from the Facebook Group.

Downloading this is a little bit techy and a little bit time consuming so your Doer has been trained so they can  look for testimonials each week for you and download them and save them for you!

Disclaimer: This will depend on how many hours you are asking your Doer to complete.

TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:

• If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; *Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's
  •  You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Download Testimonial Videos from Facebook Group'
  • Assign the To-Do to your Doer
  • Set Due Date
  • Add notes:
    • You can provide your Doer with this URL in order to provide them with context on the task. 
    • Ensure you have provided your Doer with access to your Facebook Group.
    • Advise your Doer which video(s) you would like downloaded and where would you like to the video(s) to be saved.
    • Add in any other notes, links or requirements that might be relevant. 
    • Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes, we'd recommend recording a Loom.

    You could set this as a recurring daily/weekly task for your Doer to be checking your socials for testimonials and saving them into a Google Drive folder for future access.
