Create Case Study Funnel

    Your doer has been trained in a wide range of funnels including the lead magnet to consult funnel, a lead magnet to order form funnel and more. 

    They’ll be able to take some high converting funnel page templates and make them your own with your branding, colours, logo, text and imagery.

    When briefing on a funnel it’s important to give us many details as you possibly can along with high-resolution images and logos. 

    Once your funnel is set-up your doer will create a document in Basecamp with all of your page links and outline clearly. 

    You can then check them out, provide feedback, any tweaks, and have your funnel ready to launch.

    So what's the flow of a Case Study Funnel?

    1. They'll hear that you (the Founder) has a video case study that walks through them through a successful client story (or your story)

    2. They'll put an email address in to opt in and watch the video. Note: you'll need a CRM to integrate your funnel with so that the information can be captured and they can go in to an automated email nurture.

    3. If they're excited about the video, they're invited to book in for a discovery call so they can get the same results too - hello sales opportunity!

      TO BRIEF YOUR DOER:

      If you're utilising the Project Management Tool; * Basecamp, add this as a task to your project's To Do's

      • You'll need to describe the task. We'd recommend 'Create Case Study Funnel'
      • Assign the To-Do to your Doer
      • Set a Due Date
      • Ensure your Doer has access to your funnel building platform (eg. ClickFunnels)
      • Provide the information below. This is what your Doer will need to create your Case Study Funnel:
        • Your Headline copy eg. "How Sarah Used 3 Clever Automation Hacks to Save 8 Hours a Week in Her Business"
        • Your Sub-heading copy eg. "To Find More Freedom and Grow Faster"
        • Your opt-in button copy eg. "Watch the Case Study"
        • Your 3 x benefits copy
        • Your scheduling button copy eg. "Schedule my Audit" or "Book my Roadmap Call"
        • The image you'd like on your landing page (we'd recommend a teaser photo from the video)
        • The links to your Privacy Policy/Terms & Conditions to be included in your footnotes 
          • (we recommend including a * in your heading if you're making a claim. This can be followed by a disclaimer on the bottom - ensure you provide your Doer with this text)
        • Access to your branding suite - high resolution logo and your hex colours
        • Access to the videos that will be featured. Let them know if they'll need to upload these to your video hosting site or do edits prior.
        • Access to the calendar platform that hosts the calendar you want integrated. Let them know which calendar it is, or if you haven't yet set up your consult calendar just yet, you can brief your Doer to do so!

        The copy that will sit above and below your booking calendar (see example below)

      • Once completed, upload the above form to your Basecamp To Do as part of the brief
      • Add in any other instructions, notes or requirements that might be relevant. 
      • Within notes, you can provide your doer with this link in order to provide them with context on the task.
      • Don't assume - particularly if you're just starting out with your Doer it's always best to provide as much information as possible. If you have extensive notes or information that'd be best expressed via a visual aid, we'd recommend recording a Loom.
